    •  A certificate or diploma in early childhood education or a similar field 

    •  Criminal Record (Vulnerable in the workplace)

    • DS verification *We provided the form* 

    • Level “C” first aid (CPR) in the workplace.

    • Previous experience working with young children

    • Good understanding of best practices in child development and early childhood education.

    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work effectively within a team

    • Patience, empathy and a true love of working with young children

    • Develop and implement an age-appropriate program to stimulate and engage young children.

    • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

    • Observe and evaluate children's development and progress and communicate with parents about their child's achievements and challenges.

    • Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive and enriching learning environment.

    • Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized classroom, ensuring it is conducive to learning and play.
